Introduction to a Start page

Introduction to a Start page

The first page you will see when you log into the Private Netbank is the Start page.

The Start page is divided into the following sections: Attention, Accounts, Savings and Loans. A section is only displayed if corresponding products or services are in use. If you do not have any loans, for instance, you will not see the Loans section on the Start page.

In the upper right corner of each section there is a link Hide / Show which allows you to either show or hide the contents of the section. You can change the section properties in menu Settings, link to which you will in the upper-right corner of the window.

Show / Hide links in Settings work the same way as the corresponding link on the Start page. By using Up / Down links you can change the sequence of the sections. The Attention section is always displayed first, but it is possible to change the sequence of  Accounts, Savings and Loans sections.

The right side of the Start page contains useful information section with information on new products, special offers, campaigns and other relevant information.

The Log out button is in the upper right corner of the Start page. Always use this button to exit Netbank.

The Attention section contains following information:

  • New mails – if new letters have arrived in your online bank mailbox, then you can see the number of unread letters. By clicking on the link, your mailbox will open, where you can read, delete and compose new letters.
  • Unconfirmed payments – payments that have been entered in the online bank, but have not yet been confirmed with a code. Such payments are not processed. By clicking on the link, you will be taken to the list of unconfirmed payments, where you can confirm the payments all together or one-by-one.
  • Additional confirmation is required – payments that have been confirmed with a code, but require your additional confirmation by telephone either with SMS confirmation or by calling Customer Support. Detailed information found under payment data.
  • Payments on hold – payments confirmed with a code and awaiting processing or the arrival of the payment date. By clicking on the link, the list of payments on hold will open, where you can sort payments according to accounts or payment type.
  • Expired payments – payments, which have been given additional confirmation too late and have therefore been considered unauthorised payments and have not been processed by the bank.
  • Rejected payments – returned payments that had errors in the data. By clicking on the link, the list of faulty payments will open, where you can sort payments according to accounts or payment type.
  • Rejected standing orders – standing payment orders, which have not been processed by the bank. The reasons may include the following: insufficient balance, errors in the standing order data or the standing payment order was waiting for your additional confirmation, but you have cancelled it through Customer Support.
  • Payments rejected by the customer – payments that required additional confirmation, but which you have cancelled through Customer Support.
