Applications

Through Netbank you can submit following applications:

Application for loan grace period
Application for loan increase
Application for overdraft
New debit card application

New credit card application
Application for PIN replacement

When you click on the link, then the form to submit the application will open. Fill in all necessary fields and click on Accept. To confirm the application, enter the required code from the code card or PIN2, if you have logged in with your ID-card. The confirmed application is forwarded to the bank and you will receive a reply ASAP. If you have received a new letter from the bank, then you will see it on the opening page in the Attention! section. The link Unread letters will direct you to the Netbank mailbox.

You can view the submitted application status by clicking on the link Application info. Each application has six possible statuses:

  • It is possible to suspend filling in the application and resume it at a suitable time. All data you have entered is saved. The suspended application has the status Incomplete and it can be deleted or changed.
  • After you have confirmed the application, the status will change to Inserted – an application with such a status can be deleted at any time.
  • The statuses Forwarded or Under Consideration indicate that the bank has begun processing your application and generally, the customers are contacted separately. Applications with theses statuses no longer allow deleting the application.
  • In case of some applications, you receive a reply already in Netbank, when the status Satisfied or Rejected is displayed.

Application for loan grace period

Grace periods on repayments of loan principal of up to 2 years can be applied for. The grace period application can be submitted if needed even at the beginning of the loan period as well.
To submit the application, fill in the following fields:

  • Number of loan agreement;
  • Start of grace period in the format MM/YYYY where MM is the month and YYYY is the year. That would be the beginning of the period the applicant would be exempt from repaying principal;
  • Duration of grace period is the number of months for which customer is seeking the grace period.

Application for loan increase

To submit the application, fill in the following fields:

  • Number of loan agreement;
  • Desirable amount of the increase - the amount may not be larger than the loan balance itself;
  • You can extend the loan term or leave it unchanged. If you wish to change it, enter the number of months by which you seek an extension.

Before submitting the application customer has to confirm that he hasn't been delayed any payments for more than 30 days by checking appropriate checkbox.

Application for overdraft

An overdraft allows you to overdraw your current account within certain limits.

You can use the overdraft as you would use ordinary funds on your account: make card payments, make transfers in the Internet bank or office and withdraw cash.

To submit the application, fill in the following fields:

  • Overdraft limit – the minimum limit is 320 EUR and the maximum limit – up to 6 months net salaries;
  • Only an EUR account can serve as the overdraft account;
  • Net salary and other income;
  • Please contact me by – how you want the bank to contact you.
  • I will sign the contract in - select the bank office where you would want to sign the agreement in person;
  • If you want to add any additional information to your application, please use corresponding field Additional information.

New debit card application

To submit the application, fill in the following fields (required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)).

  • Current account: the EUR account to which your card is linked and on which card transactions will be posted. Both cash transactions and card payments will be debited from the current account. Transactions will be limited to the available funds on the account.
  • Card holder: specify whether you are applying for a card for yourself or someone else. If you are requesting an additional card i.e. the card user will be another person you must enter the name of the card user, personal identification code, address and telephone numbers.
  • 24 h usage limit and 24h cash withdrawal limit: the default usage limit is 1917,35 EUR and the default cash withdrawal limit is 1278,23 EUR in a 24-hour period. These can be changed based on personal preference up to 6 000 EUR in the case of the cash withdrawal limit and 12 000 EUR in the case of the usage limit. NB! The cash and usage limits are not independent from each other. The cash withdrawal limit is a part of usage limit i.e. a cash withdrawal will reduce the remaining usage limit and vice versa.
  • I will take my card from: select the suitable bank office where it is most convenient for you to pick up the card.
  • Additional information: fill this out if you would like to provide additional details or add a comment.

Before submitting the application familiarize yourself with the terms of debit card agreement and check the appropriate checkbox.

New credit card application

The credit card application consists of five steps. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

1. At the first step, fill out the card data, choose a credit limit and security limits you desire, and specify the card user and the repayment options. 
2. The second step is to review/insert your contact information. If you are filling out the application in Netbank, fields will be automatically filled with the data available in the bank system – just update the information if necessary.
3. The third step is to enter your sources of income, existing liabilities in other banks and choose the office where you would like to receive your card.

In the fourth step, you will have a chance to review and confirm all of the data you have inserted. If you wish to make changes press Back button.

Application for PIN replacement

Select card for which you would like to order PIN-code and bank office where you would like to receive the PIN-code.

NB! Issued PIN-code will be the exact copy of a PIN-code you were using. Therefore this function is only suitable when you have forgotten you PIN-code and want to order its duplicate.

If you want to change PIN-code because it has become known to third persons than we ask you to order a new card instead with which a brand new PIN-code will be issued.
