If you have questions or need more information, you can write to Nordea by using the Mail selection. This is a secure connection between you and the bank.

To send a message

Select New message. For subject – select the topic that is closest to the content of your message. In the message body, describe your problem or question. The maximum length is 3000 characters. Finally, press Send

The bank will generally respond to messages by the next two banking days. New messages from the bank can be seen in the Attention section on the Start page. Clicking on the link New mails will forward you to the inbox.

All of the messages you have sent to the bank can be accessed under Sent messages, until you delete them.

You can delete all or delete messages one at a time. To do so, check the box next to the message and press Delete button.
